Yes the space is open for tenants 24/7, 365 days a year. We understand that our members may have different schedules and we want to provide them with the flexibility to work whenever they need to.

A23 has always offered month to month leasing because it allows businesses to expand and shrink as their work dictates.  We'd love you to stay, in fact a lot of our tenants are long term.

You can be set up within the day and ready to start working

We provide the desks and chairs.  Wi-Fi passwords are available upon arrival.  All you need to bring is your device and you're ready to go

Limited parking is available please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange it. (also on a month to month basis)

A23 has a dedicated fibre optic line from the exchange so the internet is fast, secure, constant & unlimited.

Yes, members are allowed to bring guests to A23 Coworking. However, guests must follow our community guidelines and be accompanied by the member at all times.

That's fine.  There's no extra fee.  Please note: All visitors to the space need to provide their contact details and be set up for Wi-Fi  and security access.

One (1) months notice is required to vacate the space

Spaces must be left in neat, clean & tidy, as found condition
